Building from Lagos means taking the everyday mechanics of money seriously. Transfers, settlement windows, account verification and merchant workflows are not edge cases to retrofit after a generic product is complete.
They are the starting constraints. A platform that understands them can be clearer, more dependable and less burdensome for the people using it.
Ambition needs honest language
We want to build financial infrastructure that can serve modern businesses across Africa. That ambition is only useful when it is paired with a disciplined account of what is live today and what is still being built.
The practice is straightforward: say what the product does, be explicit when a service depends on a partner, and make the next improvement visible when it is ready.
