Why are the rates not listed on this page?
Because they depend on the payment method, the currency and your volume, and quoting a single headline number would be misleading. Contact us with your expected volume and we will give you the current rate for your case in writing.
Do I pay anything before I go live?
No. Account creation and test mode are free, and test mode is a complete environment — you can build and verify your whole integration before any money or any fee is involved.
Am I charged for failed payments?
No. Pay and POS fees apply to successful transactions only. A payment the customer abandons or that the bank declines costs you nothing.
How do settlement fees appear?
Every transaction records the gross amount, the fee and the net amount that settles. You can see the breakdown per transaction and in aggregate, so your reconciliation always ties out.
Is there volume pricing?
Yes. If you are processing at scale, contact us — pricing at volume is negotiated rather than taken off a published rate card.
