The rules for using NorthPole, stated plainly. These terms apply when you create an account, access the platform, or use any NorthPole product.

Last updated: August 26, 2026

Agreement

A clear agreement for a connected financial platform.

1. Acceptance

These Terms of Use govern your access to NorthPole and its products, including NorthPole Pay, NorthPole Money and NorthPole POS. By creating an account or using the platform, you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy.

You must be legally able to enter into this agreement and use NorthPole only for lawful purposes. If you use NorthPole on behalf of a company or other organisation, you confirm that you have authority to bind it to these terms.

2. Your account

Keep your account information accurate and current. You are responsible for activity carried out through your account and for protecting your password, transaction PIN and recovery methods. Do not share credentials, one-time codes or a transaction PIN with anyone.

Tell us promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without permission. We may suspend access where we reasonably believe an account is compromised, used unlawfully, or creates a risk to customers, partners or the platform.

3. Using NorthPole

NorthPole provides technology that helps customers accept payments, manage money and run commerce workflows. Features, limits and availability vary by product, account type, verification level, location and partner requirements.

You must not use the platform to commit fraud, evade applicable laws, process prohibited transactions, interfere with the service, or access another person's account or data. We may investigate suspected misuse and cooperate with lawful requests from regulators, law enforcement and licensed partners.

4. Verification and compliance

Some services require identity or business verification. You must provide information and documents that are complete, accurate and yours to provide. We may request additional information when required for security, fraud prevention, compliance or a product feature.

A verification outcome, transaction limit or product eligibility may change when underlying information changes, when a partner requires it, or when we are required to do so by law. Read our Compliance page for more about this process.

5. Fees and third parties

Any fees, rates or charges for a service are shown before you confirm the relevant action or are set out in an applicable product agreement. You are responsible for taxes associated with your use of the platform where required by law.

NorthPole is a technology company, not a bank. Regulated financial services, including holding customer funds and card issuing, are provided by licensed partners. Their terms, operational rules and regulatory obligations may also apply to a service you use.

6. Security and acceptable conduct

We use safeguards intended to protect accounts and the platform, but no online service can guarantee uninterrupted or risk-free operation. You must use reasonable security practices, including a unique password and a transaction PIN that is not shared or reused.

Do not probe, scan, reverse engineer, overload or attempt to bypass the platform's security controls except as permitted by law and our responsible disclosure process. Security issues can be reported privately through our Security page.

7. Availability and liability

We work to keep NorthPole available and accurate, but the platform may be affected by maintenance, network conditions, partner systems, regulatory changes or events outside our control. We may modify, suspend or retire a feature where reasonably necessary to operate the service safely and lawfully.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, NorthPole is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss arising from your use of the platform. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

8. Changes and contact

We may update these terms when our products, partners or legal obligations change. For material changes, we will provide notice through the platform or another reasonable channel. Your continued use after the effective date means the updated terms apply.

Questions about these terms can be sent to support@northpoletradelink.net.

These terms work alongside product-specific notices and the requirements of regulated service partners. Where a partner notice applies to a particular service, it will be shown in the relevant product flow.
